Phil Collins' first solo single is also his best. "In The Air Tonight" was released in January 1981 and quickly became a huge hit, before appearing on the album Face Value. It's probably one of the bitterest break-up songs to ever become so popular. In a weird way it got a new life in the fabulous 2009 movie The Hangover courtesy of one Mike Tyson.
