Some trivia for you on this one: 1) It's an unauthorized rewrite of the gospel song "Pains Of Life", released earlier that year by Elijah Fair & The Sensational Gladys Davis Trio. 2) The guitar is played by none other than singer/songwriter Joe South of "Games People Play" fame.
