Leonard Cohen - The Future

This clip is not for the faint of heart. Leonard Cohen's apocalyptic title track off his 1992 album The Future was used to devastating effect by Oliver Stone and his musical director, Nine Inch Nails frontman Trent Reznor, in the 1994 film Natural Born Killers. It's used in the opening scene where we immediately are presented with the ultra-violent antics of husband and wife team Mickey and Mallory Knox (Woody Harrelson and Juliette Lewis) killing all the customers at a roadside café in a frenzy. It's not pretty, but the song is utilized brilliantly.
