Happy 40th birthday to Missy Elliott, whom we'll celebrate by playing her excellent 2001 single "Get Ur Freak On", a stripped-down, bhangra-style dance track that you'd think would be as unlike a hit single as you can get, but of course struck solid gold. It was written and produced by Elliott herself along with Timbaland, and between them they really know what they're doing.
