First listen: New Nick Lowe track - Checkout Time

Hooray, here's a brand new Nick Lowe song, from his upcoming album This Old Magic, to be released in September. It's an excellent country song where Lowe ponders his mortality. The opening line is "I'm 61 years old now, Lord, I never thought I'd see 30". If it's any indication of the album's overall quality we're in for a treat.
