Talk about being associated with one song and one song only. Although birthday boy Marc Cohn who's 52 today has released several albums he'll always be remembered for this song about a spiritual awakening walking the streets of Memphis, "seeing the ghost of Elvis" and so forth. It's a magnificent song, a true masterpiece and a tribute as much to Carl Perkins as to Elvis Presley actually. "Walking In Memphis" was released in 1991, and a big hit.
