Although Bono wrongly describes the time of Martin Luther King Jr.'s assassination as "early morning, April 4th" when in fact he was shot after 6 PM, "Pride (In The Name Of Love)" nevertheless is one of U2's greatest songs. Released in 1984 and the lead single off their album The Unforgettable Fire, it was the first time they employed Brian Eno and Daniel Lanois as producers.
