You can write volumes about Margaret Thatcher's reign as British Prime Minister, but boy was she disliked and downright hated by lots of people! Among her adversaries were lots of British musicians, such as Billy Bragg, Paul Weller and Dr. Robert. Dr. Robert was the frontman of The Blow Monkeys, and he even recruited soul legend Curtis Mayfield for their single "Celebrate (The Day After You)" (1987). It directly adresses of course how they'll celebrate when Thatcher leaves the office, which she eventually did in 1990.
