Tinariwen - Cler Achel

One day I hope to go to Mali and see Tinariwen play in their native North African desert. It's possible to see them elsewhere of course, as they're quite popular around the world, but seeing these Tuareg musicians play at home would be a real treat. The musicianship is stunning, and "Cler Achel" from their wonderful 2007 album Aman Iman is hypnotizing in ways it's hard to really understand. Just listen, and try to picture yourself in the Sahara desert underneath a clear starlit sky at night. I wanna go there!
