First taste of "new" Kate Bush music here

The forthcoming Kate Bush album Director's Cut (May 13th) is a special project where she revisits songs from the albums The Sensual World (1989)  and The Red Shoes (1993), tweeking and playing with the songs, adding or re-recording certain elements, constructing new versions based on the original tracks. These two were not the most successful of albums, and I guess this is a way for Bush to attract attention to songs she finds deserve more attention than they originally received. You can listen to a few bars of "Deeper Understanding" (originally recorded for The Sensual World) or buy the song on iTunes, from tomorrow, as far as I know.

Here's the track list for the album:

Flower of the Mountain (previously ‘The Sensual World’)
Song of Solomon
Deeper Understanding
Lily
Red Shoes
This Woman’s Work
Moments of Pleasure
Never Be Mine
Top of The City
And So Is Love

Director'S Cut
