Sometimes the best pop music comes from the least expected sources. "Party In The U.S.A.", Miley Cyrus' 2009 hit, is just such a song. It was written by Jessie J (who now has a big hit on her own with the wonderful "Price Tag"), Dr. Luke and Claude Kelly. These are people who know their tricks, they know what works, and this is a prime example of their craft and a great party song.
