The Psychedelic Furs - Heaven

And now for one of my all-time favourite pop songs, The Psychedelic Furs' 1984 single "Heaven", lifted from their brilliant fourth album, Mirror Moves. Among all the synth pop of the day - which I loved then and still do - it was a kind of relief to hear a simple, guitar-based pop song such as this. It wasn't a big hit, but I think it's one of the finest pop songs of the decade. I also really like the simple music video.
