This is surely a guilty pleasure for more people than I. Chicago's 1976 single "If You Leave Me Now" was one of the first singles I bought, and I still love the song dearly. It's softer than anything you're ever likely to hear with Peter Cetera's falsetto voice eclipsing those of the Gibb brothers. A very, very good, well-written, beautifully arranged love song, a ballad for the ages, by a band I otherwise find incredibly boring.
Watch and listen
