The Housemartins - Happy Hour

The Housemartins, Hull's finest, released their most famous song "Happy Hour" as the third single from their excellent debut album London 0 Hull 4, and it hit number three on the UK charts in June 1986. It's an amazing two and a half minutes of perfect pop music, happy as the title suggests, filled with extraordinary harmonies, a melody to kill for, jolly (...) guitars and a subject matter most people can relate to.
