America - Ventura Highway

There being winter and a very cold one at that, I felt like hearing some sunny-sounding music, and what better then than a piece of America? This institution of American West Coast pleasantness had a string of wonderful hit singles in the early 1970's, "Ventura Highway" from 1972 among them. It's a delicate, easy on the ear pop song, that has aged very well, and it does give a bit of warmth on a cold winter day, doesn't it?
