Fine Young Cannibals getting the reissue treatment

British pop trio Fine Young Cannibals' two album, Fine Young Cannibals (1985) and the massively successful follow-up The Raw And The Cooked (1988) are finally getting the deluxe treatment they deserve, on the heels of The Beat's three albums earlier this year. The Beat of course featured Andy Cox and David Steele who sought out singer Roland Gift and started FYC. Both albums have a tentative release date for October 29th by reissue label Edsel Records. The label is in the midst of a fantastic year that has seen long sought after reissues by The Beat, Everything But The Girl, Deacon Blue, Aztec Camera, Ian McCulloch, Bronski Beat, Bob Mould and others.
