Tom Baxter is an English singer/songwriter in the same category as people like Damien Rice, David Gray or Ed Harcourt. "My Declaration" is a beautiful song from his 2004 debut EP that was also featured on his debut album Feather And Stone the same year. A very nice song indeed!
