Mike Scott - She Is So Beautiful

As most of you will probably know, Mike Scott is the voice and mastermind behind The Waterboys. Although he's always used different musicians for his different records, he tried his hand at two "solo albums" in the 1990's, the first of which includes this beautiful tribute to one obviously very fair lady. "She Is So Beautiful" is a love song for the ages, a timeless little ballad that had outlived us all if there was any justice in the world. As it is, sadly, far too few people know it and the album that it's lifted from, Bring 'Em All In, released in 1995. That's a shame, but please, give this one a listen.
